Abuse of promotional structures — including multi-accounting or irregular betting patterns to meet wagering — will result in bonus forfeiture.
All deposits and withdrawals on be999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). be999 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of withdrawal request. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Players are responsible for any charges applied by their own bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa for the transfer.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your be999 login credentials, OTP codes, and account password. be999 staff will never ask for your password or OTP via any channel. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. be999 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, and any net deposits refunded to the originating payment method.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is made available to users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to online gaming services is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. be999 makes no representation that the services available on the Platform are appropriate, permissible, or legal in all jurisdictions.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (required for OTP verification), and a valid email address. You undertake to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity information, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from promotional funds.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). be999 may, at its discretion or as required under its licensing obligations, request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and verification of your registered payment method. Accounts subject to a pending KYC verification request may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed to be999's satisfaction.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. be999 personnel will never request your password or any one-time verification code via any communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify be999 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. All transactions completed on the Platform using your Account credentials prior to the receipt of such notification are deemed authorised by you and will be treated accordingly.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting be999 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeline. Accounts closed at your request may be subject to a re-registration waiting period where applicable under be999's anti-fraud procedures.
3.4 be999's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts. be999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, at its reasonable discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation; failure to pass KYC verification; use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction; or for any other reason that be999 determines puts the integrity of the Platform or its users at risk.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. be999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. You must use payment methods registered in your own name — use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum deposit limit subject to applicable KYC and anti-money laundering thresholds. be999 does not charge a deposit fee; however, third-party transaction charges applied by your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank, etc.) are your own responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within approximately one hour under normal operational conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed on the same business day where the request is submitted before 17:00 PKT, and on the following business day thereafter. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two hours subject to network confirmation times.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals from an Account may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to the same Account, or to a payment method that has been verified in the player's name. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the Account at the time of the request. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
4.5 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, bonus allocations, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). be999 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit, which will be disclosed to you prior to confirmation of the transaction.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bet allocations, reload offers, cashback awards, and any other promotional incentives offered by be999 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions that are published alongside each offer at the time of promotion. These Terms provide a general framework; the specific terms of each promotion govern in the event of any conflict with this section.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, only bets placed in the be999 Casino (slots and live casino) contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. be999 does not provide extensions to bonus expiry periods as a general practice, though exceptions may be considered at be999's sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on the Platform.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. be999 monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee wagering completion with minimal risk; use of automated software to accelerate wagering requirements; and any other systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonuses and any resulting winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.
5.5 be999's Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers. be999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect the position of players who have already opted in to and commenced wagering on that offer under the original terms.
6.1 Casino Games. All casino games available on the be999 Platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, virtual table games, and arcade-style games — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are determined independently of any bet size or Account history. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are verified by the relevant independent testing agencies.
6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting on the be999 Platform is governed by be999's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms on a matter relating specifically to sports wagering, the Sports Betting Rules will prevail.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, game results, or credited winnings — including typographical errors, system errors, or communication failures — be999 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game outcomes and restore the Account to the position it was in prior to the error. be999 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of such an error or the subsequent correction thereof.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by be999. The confirmation of a bet on the Platform constitutes acceptance. be999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected that may indicate match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity concerns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the be999 Platform — including but not limited to the be999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of be999 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited Licence. be999 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own private entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Game content provided on the Platform by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. be999 operates as a licensed distributor of such content and is not responsible for the intellectual property rights of third-party game providers beyond the scope of the applicable distribution agreements.
9.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. Participation in casino games and sports betting carries inherent financial risk. be999 makes no warranty or representation that any player will achieve specific results, returns, or outcomes from their use of the Platform. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live sporting events and are not within be999's control.
9.2 Service Availability. be999 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be999 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, be999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events will not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 Commitment to Safer Gaming. be999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity safely. Such processing is a legal obligation under be999's licensing conditions and cannot be opted out of as a condition of using the Platform.
11.3 Communications. By registering an Account, you agree to receive transactional communications from be999 relating to your Account activity, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — be999 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via email to your registered address before the amendment takes effect.

If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which be999 holds its gaming licence. The choice of governing law does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under the laws of Pakistan.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting be999 customer support at [email protected] with a written description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. be999 will respond to all formal disputes within five business days.
13.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by be999's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution authority are available upon request from be999 customer support.
13.4 No Class Actions. Any dispute must be brought on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class action or consolidated proceeding against be999 in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
